A man was killed and another wounded Wednesday in a shooting in Morgan Park on the South Side.
The men, ages 50 and 66, were in a car about 6:45 p.m. in the 11800 block of South Watkins Avenue when someone opened fire, Chicago police said.
The older man was shot in the chest and was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he died, police said.
The other man suffered a graze wound to his side and declined medical attention, police said.
No one is in custody.
